BUENA PARK DETACHED ADU
The exterior of this detached 1000 square foot ADU was finished with a fine grit stucco to give a more contemporary look. Hardscape was added around the property for function and aesthetics. 40 years black shingle roof looks great on the white and black combination of this detached ADU.
We designed this outstanding kitchen featuring a waterfall countertop with Calacatta Quartz to create a breakfast bar that can accommodate seating up to 5 people. White shaker cabinets, porcelain farmhouse sink, black fixtures and contemporary pendant lights complete the look.
Real wood kitchen cabinets are standard in our ADU’s. Nice cabinet hardware compliments the quartz countertop and farmhouse sink.
This is a large and open concept living room, that created an inviting space comfortable enough to host family or guests. The smooth finish drywall adds a touch of class, which is complemented by the designer front door and large vinyl low-E window.
The large 11′ x 14′ master bedroom with attached master bathroom and walk-in closet is bright and spacious. Energy efficient LED recessed lights are standard in our ADU builds.
The master bathroom in this 1000 square foot detached ADU is larger than most would expect when fitting 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in this space. Quartz countertop on the floating vanity with black sink faucet will hold its design appeal for many years.
This 42″ x 42″ity standup shower in the master bathroom is a great size for this ADU. Italian tile for the shower and designer quality mosaic tile for the soap dish niche and floor compliment the overall design of this bathroom. Our frameless shower is high quality as one would expect with this type of build. The Rain showerhead coming from the ceiling also is recommended for most showers of this size.
The shared bathroom in this ADU is large and bright. The same shower tiles were used in this bathroom as in the master bathroom. A clear glass shower door highlights this expert tile work with over-sized soap dish niche. Nice luxury vinyl plank flooring is perfect for bathrooms as it is 100% waterproof, while still having nice appeal and is cost friendly.
