Walking Up To The New Detached ADU On A New 100 Foot Long Concrete Sidewalk, We Added Cost Effective Mulch On Each Side For Aesthetics As Well As A Common Sense Weed Blocker. Pavers Outlined With Gravel Add A Durable Walk Way To The Less Used Areas On The Property. A Clean White Vinyl Fence Separates The ADU From Main House, Giving Both Units Privacy From One Another. A Traditional Overhang Porch Above The Front Door Adds A “Welcome Home” Feeling, While Adding Safety By Providing A Down Light To Illuminate The Area.
We designed and built a custom entertainment center for this detached ADU. With spaces to highlight personal items, large screen TV, and electric fireplace, custom pieces is what we do best. Downlights add an extra element of customization.
As we move into the kitchen, notice the black cabinets, Calcutta Oro countertops, champagne gold hardware. This custom ADU is well appointed.
In One Of The 2 Bedrooms That This Detached ADU Holds, We Installed Light Gray Luxury Vinyl Plank Flooring, Which Is 100% Waterproof And Comes With A 10 Year Warranty. While This ADU Is Equipped With Central Air Conditioning, We Installed A Ceiling Fan For The Future Tenants Who Prefer To Not Run Their Air Conditioning Very Often.
This Beautiful Kitchen Boasts Custom Made Real Wood Cabinets To Perfectly Fit This Kitchen And Utilize The Maximum Amount Of Space. A Large Island Was Built With Cabinets On Both Sides For Additional Storage As Well As An Electrical Plug For Charging Electronics And Using Small Appliances. The Countertops Are A Dark Gray Quartz. We Recommend This Material On All Our ADU’s Due To Their Durability And Relatively Inexpensive Cost Compared To Other Countertop Materials That Could Be Used.
On This Detached ADU, There Was Plenty Of Available Space To Create A Private Backyard For Future Tenants. Long Lasting, Low Maintenance Artificial Turf Was Installed. There Was 7 Feet Of Space In Between The ADU And The Back Wall To Create A Small Area For A BBQ (Not Shown In Picture). This ADU Has All Separate Utilities From The Main House. The Dual Head Meter Electrical Panel Was Placed On The ADU (Per Anaheim Requirements), Then Spilt Off Underground To Supply Electricity To The Main House.
