LAKEWOOD CONVERSION
The exterior of our 499 square foot garage conversion in Lakewood. This garage was originally 380 sf and we added 119 sf to make it a comfortable 1 bedroom 1 bath ADU.
This layout was stylish and functional. Nice size breakfast bar, space for a stackable washer and dryer, coat closet, and of course the essential kitchen, living room and bathroom.
We love the way this kitchen turned out. Beautiful quartz countertops with full quartz backsplash, real wood cabinets with soft close hinges, black hardware, and an interesting pendant light.
Large ceramic tile with small grout lines make maintenance easy for years to come. The heavy glass and black hardware come standard on all our builds.
This bathroom vanity with a quartz countertop that matches the kitchen completes the bathroom. With only 1 bathroom in this ADU, we were sure to make it memorable.
Here’s the layout of this 499sf ADU. The additional space that was added was made into the bedroom and huge closet.
