This great garage conversion studio In Long Beach features vaulted ceilings, real wood beams to match the real wood baseboards and moulding.
Herringbone arranged tile on the kitchen backsplash adds interest and durability to this project. A breakfast bar to seat 2 people were added while still providing storage space.

In the kitchen area of this garage conversion, we made sure there is room for a dishwasher, per customers request. Ample cabinets above and below the beautiful quartz countertop. The natural concrete floors were sealed for a modern yet durable design touch.

Functional and practical are important design elements that cannot be overlooked. There was going to be wasted space above the closet, so we installed cabinet doors that matched the kitchen cabinets. A Title 24 energy compliant mini split system was installed in this Long Beach garage conversion.

Going into the bathroom, large tiles and small grout lines equals less maintenance down the road. A navy blue vanity accents the white and blue tile that was selected.

The shower and full tile feature wall with niche for bathroom towels was added. A Moen rain head shower with hand wand was also included. As standard for our builds, a heavy tempered glass door was used.

By looking from the outside, you will never know this was a garage. A large window, and stylish door will be inviting to whoever ends up living here.
