Here’s an overview of the living room and kitchen area of the 859 square foot detached ADU in Fullerton. Notice the tile planks, read wood beams, skylights, and accent lighting.

We designed and built a custom entertainment center for this detached ADU. With spaces to highlight personal items, large screen TV, and electric fireplace, custom pieces is what we do best. Downlights add an extra element of customization.

As we move into the kitchen, notice the black cabinets, Calcutta Oro countertops, champagne gold hardware. This custom ADU is well appointed.

Here’s a closeup of the sink area and high-end faucet. The awning window above the sink allows plenty of light to come in.

As with most of our ADU’s, we include a large breakfast bar for seating. The thick edge Calcutta Oro countertops with under cabinet lighting go perfectly together. A large range hood with the same material of the countertops extend to the 9 foot ceilings, before the vaulted ceiling begins.

A beautiful reverse view showing the real wood beams, which was stained to match the mahogany front door. This open floorplan is inviting to guests.

Custom awning windows and level 5 smooth drywall are a great combination. This adds class to any project.

Since there is only bathroom in this custom ADU, we had to make it memorable. An oversized shower with Italian tile and rainhead shower. 2 matching soapbox niches and liner floor drain. We also included a floating quartz shower bench.

L.E.D. backlit mirror and custom vanity went in this beautiful bathroom. The same Calcutta Oro countertops as the kitchen keep this ADU flowing nicely.

In such a large ADU for being a 1 bedroom, you can imagine we had plenty of space to dedicate to the this room. A walk-in closet will provide ample storage.
